FAQs on Modular Kitchen Design
At Vassco Interiors, a modular kitchen typically includes customised cabinetry (base units, wall units, tall units), high‑quality hardware (soft‑close hinges, auto‑pull out baskets), a countertop and backsplash finish of your choice, integrated appliance zones (hob, chimney, oven, fridge), and well‑planned storage solutions. The modules are pre‑fabricated to ensure precision, ease of installation and minimal disruption.
Vassco Interiors can design modular kitchens in all common layouts — straight/wall‑kitchen, L‑shaped, U‑shaped, parallel (galley), island/peninsula (where space allows). The layout will be proposed based on your available area, workflow (cooking, cleaning, refrigerating), movement/clearance and appliance placement. The goal is a layout that’s both highly functional and aesthetically cohesive.
After installation, Vassco Interiors recommends:
Wiping down surfaces daily with a mild, non‑abrasive cleaner to protect laminates or PU finishes.
Avoiding standing water on junctions of cabinets or trims to maintain longevity of modules.
Periodically checking hardware (hinges, runners) and lubricating if needed to ensure smooth operation.
Re‑sealing (if applicable) the countertop or backsplash grout lines annually if natural stone is used.
By following these practices, your modular kitchen will retain its form and function for years.
